Overview
We are seeking reliable and motivated ECS Electrical Improvers to join our growing team. Since 2017, we have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality office fit-out (Cat A & Cat B), commercial projects, and shell & core works. As we expand, we are looking for individuals eager to develop their skills and be part of our journey.
Responsibilities
- Arrive on-site consistently and punctually.
- Support qualified electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely.
- Follow instructions and technical guidance from senior team members to ensure high-quality results.
- Carry out routine inspections of electrical systems to identify issues or hazards.
- Keep the work environment clean and safe, following all health and safety procedures.
- Accurately document work carried out and report any issues to supervisors.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous electrical experience is desirable, but not essential for candidates eager to learn.
- Competence in using hand and power tools for electrical work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Able to work both independently and within a team.
- Strong commitment to maintaining on-site safety standards.
