Available Roles & Core Responsibilities
We are currently hiring for multiple positions
1. Mechanical Engineers
You will be the backbone of our equipment reliability and automation systems reporting directly to the Engineering Manager
- Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) projects to increase line efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Manage capital expenditure (CapEx) projects from concept validation through to commissioning.
2. Injection & Blow Moulding Engineers
You will own the plastics manufacturing process, ensuring our tooling and moulding parameters deliver flawless precision.
- Set up, program, and optimize technical parameters for injection and/or blow moulding machinery such as Arburg, Fanuc and Sepro.
- Lead new product introductions (NPI) by trialing new tooling, troubleshooting defects (warpage, flashing, sink marks), and sign-off on production.
- Optimize cycle times and material usage while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
- Perform tool trials, modifications, and collaborate with toolmakers on design improvements.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or Equivalent: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Polymer Science, or a relevant technical discipline (or equivalent hands-on industry experience/apprenticeship).
- For Mechanical Roles: 3+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, with strong root-cause analysis skills.
- For Moulding Roles: Proven expertise specifically in injection moulding or extrusion blow moulding, or Strong knowledge of polymer behavior is highly desired.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity automated robotics (e.g., 6-axis or Cartesian robots used in part extraction) is a major plus.
