As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Bathroom Sales Designer to join our team — someone creative, commercially confident and genuinely passionate about helping clients create beautiful bathrooms.
The Role
This is a client-facing design and sales role, ideal for someone who already has experience working with higher end bathrooms, interiors or high-end home improvement projects.
You will be responsible for guiding clients through the bathroom design journey, creating considered CAD designs, preparing quotations, presenting schemes and converting enquiries into successful projects.
The right person will be able to combine creativity with strong sales ability, excellent organisation and a premium approach to customer care.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Designing and selling mid to high-end bathroom projects.
- Creating CAD designs and presenting them confidently to clients.
- Preparing accurate quotations within agreed timeframes.
- Managing enquiries, appointments and follow-ups through our CRM system.
- Keeping client notes, project information and diary management fully up to date.
- Communicating clearly and professionally with clients by phone, email and in person.
- Guiding clients through product selections, finishes, tiles, brassware, furniture, lighting and accessories.
- Understanding client budgets and helping them make confident decisions.
- Presenting the value of quality products, professional installation and full project management.
- Working closely with the wider showroom, project management and installation teams.
- Supporting a smooth handover from design and sale into the installation process.
- Delivering a polished, attentive and five-star client experience at every stage.
About You
We are looking for someone who is naturally warm, confident, creative and able to deliver high end customer service.
You will need to be able to build rapport quickly, listen carefully to clients and guide them through what can often be a very personal investment in their home.
The ideal candidate will be:
- An experienced bathroom designer, sales designer or interiors professional.
- Confident using Virtual World CAD design software.
- Creative, detail-focused and visually aware.
- Experienced in selling mid to high-end products or projects.
- Comfortable discussing budgets and closing sales.
- A strong communicator with excellent spoken and written English.
- Warm, personable and able to create trust with clients.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Professional, polished and well presented.
- Reliable, hardworking and proactive.
- Able to work to deadlines without letting standards slip.
- Confident, positive and solutions-focused.

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Previous experience in bathroom design, bathroom sales, kitchen design, interiors sales or a similar showroom-based role.
- Strong CAD design experience.
- A good understanding of bathroom products, layouts and design principles.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills.
- A professional approach to personal presentation and client communication.
- The ability to work as part of a growing, ambitious team.
Desirable Experience
It would be an advantage if you also have:
- Experience working with premium bathroom brands.
- Knowledge of bathroom installation processes.
- Experience selling full design, supply and installation projects.
- Experience working in a luxury, boutique or high-end showroom environment.
- A strong eye for styling, finishes, tiles and interiors.
- Involvement in award-winning or high-profile design projects.
