Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organisational expansion through strategic planning and effective sales techniques. The ideal applicant will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience with Sales,logistics and CRM software such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to identify new markets and customer segments.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyse performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business growth objectives.
Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation’s services.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the same industry.
Strong proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce; familiarity with other CRM platforms is advantageous.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that deliver measurable results.
A proactive approach with a strong drive for success.
Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields are desirable but not essential. This position offers an engaging environment where innovative thinking is valued, supporting your professional growth within a collaborative team setting.

Pay: £27,500.00-£55,200.00 per year
