Farleys Solicitors LLP is recruiting for a Senior Private Client lawyer for its East Lancashire office, near Burnley.

This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established, forward-thinking firm with a strong regional reputation and national backing. You’ll be part of a team that delivers expert advice with a personal touch, trusted by high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners across the North West.

Who we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with the ability to handle their own complex caseload.

You will also have:

Proven experience advising HNW clients
Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
A personable, client-focused approach
A desire to grow and mentor within a supportive team
The STEP qualification (preferred, not essential)
Experience mentoring less experienced fee earners within the team

What you’ll do:

You step in to a varied and interesting caseload, including complex estate planning and high net worth estates:

Estate planning and administration
Wills and trusts
Tax-efficient strategies for HNW clients
Succession planning for family businesses
