Job Description:

As a Workforce planning lead, you will work across multiple programmes, supporting business resource planning, demand profiling and workforce supply solutions in partnership with HR and key teams.

The role offers broad exposure across the programmes, close collaboration with senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence workforce and resourcing decisions across the organisation.

Core duties:

You will be responsible for reviewing resource profiles and developing effective supply solutions to meet workforce demand
You will oversee workforce planning processes to ensure that resource allocation aligns with business priorities and operational requirements
You will be responsible for managing and guiding workforce decisions to support with strategic resourcing objectives
You will support HR incentive initiatives by providing workforce insights and contributing to talent and retention strategies

Essential Skills:

You will require significant experience within workforce planning and strategic business planning
You will hold a demonstrable track record of delivering across multiple complex projects and transformation programmes
You will need to hold a strong Excel capability for the use of data analysis, modelling and reporting purposes
You will need to bring an agile and adaptable approach, with the ability to navigate evolving organisational priorities
