Operations & Admin Coordinator
Diamond Leisure NW Ltd are one of the North West’s leading suppliers and operators of gaming and amusement equipment, supplying pubs, clubs, bars, bowling alleys, holiday parks and licensed venues across the region.
Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an organised, confident and hardworking Operations & Admin Coordinator to join our growing team in Blackpool.
This is a varied and fast-paced role suited to somebody who can multitask, work under pressure and communicate professionally with customers, engineers and suppliers, whilst assisting management with the day-to-day running of the business.
Main Duties:
- Managing emails and general office administration
- Booking engineer call-outs, installations and collections
- Organising schedules and diary management
- Preparing contracts, proposals and customer paperwork
- Chasing invoices, purchase orders and account queries
- Updating spreadsheets and internal systems
- Checking company trackers, engineer locations and vehicle movements where required
- Liaising with pubs, clubs and commercial venues
- Assisting management with daily operational tasks
- Updating and assisting with company social media platforms
- Supporting general office and business operations
Requirements:
- Previous office/admin experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
- Professional telephone manner
- Reliable, trustworthy and well presented
- Driving licence preferred but not essential
