Full job description

Trainee Property Manager

We are looking for a hardworking and organised individual who is keen to build a long-term career in the property industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone motivated and customer-focused, with full training provided. An Apprenticeship Training Programme is available, and industry-recognised qualifications will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination and tenant relations.
Prepare and issue lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Handle and track maintenance requests, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property activity, including financial transactions and tenant communication.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, contractors and colleagues.
Excellent phone manner and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Confident with data entry, administration and record-keeping.
Experience with property management software is an advantage.
Ability to prioritise tasks, multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
