Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic and passionate EYFS/KS1 Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and creative lessons to children with a range of educational needs and abilities. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality learning experiences that support children's academic, social, and emotional development. Please note that, due to the nature of Alternative Provision, pupil numbers and needs can change. As a result, teaching responsibilities and age groups may vary according to demand. Lessons are typically delivered in small groups, involving learners of varying ages and abilities. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging EYFS/KS1 and early learning lessons tailored to individual learner needs.
Deliver effective phonics teaching to support literacy development.
Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress.
Adapt teaching strategies to meet a wide range of learning needs.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents/carers, and external professionals.
Support pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development.
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness within the classroom environment.
Contribute to staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development activities.

Desirable Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Strong working knowledge of SEN childcare principles and nursery practices.
Extensive experience working with children, particularly within early years environments.
In-depth understanding of early childhood education frameworks, including EYFS and National Curriculum standards.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
Organised with the ability to plan effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Knowledge of PACE and Trauma Informed preferred.
Full UK Driving License . This position offers an enriching environment where your skills can make a meaningful difference in young children's lives while supporting your professional growth within early childhood education.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
