Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Radiologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting medical images, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic growing team environment, contributing to patient care across various settings such as hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and home care services. The position requires a strong foundation in medical imaging, anatomy knowledge, and patient care, with an emphasis on clinical research.

Responsibilities

Analyse and interpret a wide range of images with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate with chiropractors to provide accurate diagnostic reports.
Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and maintain high standards of patient confidentiality.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases.
Contribute to clinical research projects.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all imaging procedures and findings in accordance with hospital policies.

Requirements

Degree specialising in Radiology from an accredited institution.
Proven experience in medical imaging, including MRI, CT scans, ultrasound, and X-ray interpretation.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and pathology relevant to radiological diagnosis.
Experience working within clinical research environments is desirable.
Knowledge of public health principles and patient care standards across diverse healthcare environments such as nursing homes, hospice care, or home care services.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills for liaising with patients and healthcare teams alike. Pay: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
