Job Overview
We are seeking CSCS experienced Kitchen Installers for contract work to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation of kitchens, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and safety. This role requires a strong background in construction and related trades, with the ability to interpret schematics and work efficiently on-site. Candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
The successful applicants must have valid CSCS card (SSSCS is a bonus) and have minimum 5 years experience with site kitchen work, must have excellent communication skills and be able to speak fluent English.
You must have 110 V or Battery powered tools including M Class dust extractor.
We have sites in London, Essex, Kent, Hertfordshire, Surrey and Sussex.
Responsibilities
- Install kitchen units, worktops to a dry fit standard.
- Measure and cut materials accurately using hand tools and 110 V or battery powered power tools.
- Ensure all installations are level, secure, and compliant with safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area throughout each project phase.
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently during all tasks.
- Read and interpret technical drawings.
Skills
- Proven experience in construction-related roles such as carpentry, kitchen fitting installation.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools.
- Ability to read kitchen plans.
- Familiarity with construction safety protocols and procedures.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to adapt to site-specific challenges.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with other trades and site managers on site and office based project manager.
