Creative & Production Coordinator
Location: Tewkesbury Office
Contract: Fixed Term (3 Months)
Salary: Equivalent to £25,000 per annum (pro rata)

About Bounce
Bounce Activations is a fast-growing experiential and brand activation agency delivering campaigns across the UK.
We're looking for an organised and proactive Event Production Coordinator to support our busy summer and Freshers period.
This role sits within our Creative & Production team and focuses on helping bring campaigns to life through strong organisation, stock management, supplier coordination and operational support.
The Role
You'll work closely with our Head of Creative & Production to ensure campaign assets, stock, merchandise, print and logistics are organised and delivered on time.
This is a varied role combining event production support, administration and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage campaign stock and asset inventories
- Prepare campaign kits and materials for live activity
- Coordinate merchandise, print and production orders
- Liaise with suppliers and delivery partners
- Book couriers, transport and accommodation where required
- Support warehouse and storage organisation
- Maintain production trackers and project documentation
- Assist with campaign setup and operational planning
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks
About You
You are:
- Proactive and dependable
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
- Confident communicating with suppliers and colleagues
- Happy working both at a desk and around campaign assets (Heavy lifting will be required)
- Keen to be part of a fast-moving team
- Full Driving Licence
Experience in events, production, operations, hospitality, project coordination or administration would be beneficial.
Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
