Salary: £40,000 basic with a £75,000 OTE

About the Role:

Remote - National Role

We are seeking a proven, dynamic and results-driven Fleet Business Development Manager to join our team at VansDirect. You will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts within the fleet sector, ensuring the delivery of tailored vehicle solutions to meet the needs of our customers. If you have a passion for sales, an understanding of the LCV market, and a track record of building strong client relationships, this is an excellent opportunity to drive your career forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Seek, manage and grow a portfolio of fleet customers, providing tailored LCV solutions.
Identify new business opportunities within the fleet sector and convert them into long-term partnerships.
Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their vehicle needs and provide customised solutions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless delivery of vehicles and services to customers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and detailed quotes to customers.
Regularly report on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales within the LCV industry.
Strong understanding of fleet sales and LCV products.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
A valid driving licence.
