Serpecon are the UK's only manufacturer & stockist of spirals, liners, drive shafts & geared motor units for all makes of screw conveyors. We manufacture, maintain, refurbish & install both shafted & shaftless screw conveyors to clients throughout the UK water industry including Wastewater, Municipal Waste & Recycling companies amongst others.

Overview
Due to continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity, for a Sales & Design Assistant to join a fast growing, modern & innovative business. We are seeking a proactive & focused Sales & Design Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting the team with the design process, assisting with sales, & ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, & have a passion for sales & design.

Responsibilities

Maintaining the sales & design excel spreadsheets
Supporting the Sales & Design Team
Have the ability to read technical drawings
Possibility of attending site as & when required
Answering the phone, liaising with our customers throughout the order process

Qualifications

Experience with Solidworks, CAD, or similar design software is preferred.
Strong communication skills with an ability to engage customers confidently.
Organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in word, excel etc
Essential - ability to read technical drawings

Hours of work - 0830-1700 Monday to Friday with flexibility as required
