Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage, and specialised skincare procedures with precision and care.
- Apply makeup for various occasions, ensuring personalised and flawless results tailored to client preferences.
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable treatments or products.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic treatment area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to enhance service quality.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior therapists to uphold the clinic’s standards of excellence.
- Promote retail products effectively to optimise client benefits and business growth.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of treatments performed.
- Proficiency in makeup application for diverse styles and occasions.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and retain clients.
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain treatment options and aftercare advice.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and client satisfaction.

- Requirements
- Qualified Spa Therapist with relevant beauty/spa certifications.
- Must have experience within a spa environment: 1 year (required)
- Experience in massage and facial treatments preferred.
- Manicure & Pedicure: Normal polish and Gel (Must)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible, reliable, and committed to delivering high standards of service.
Pay: £10.85-£14.50 per hour
