Your Responsibilities:

Participate in handover meetings with Sales Advisors.
Request and manage drawings from CAD designers.
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for refurbishment projects.
Develop comprehensive and accurate estimations & presentations using Simpro software.
Source new products and suppliers as needed.
Contribute to building systems that streamline processes.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience in construction estimating or a related field.
Office based role.
