Overview

We’re on the lookout for a results driven Sales Executive to join our team.
If you’ve got at least a year’s sales experience, we want to hear from you!
Your main role will be finding new parking spots on private land, sourcing car parks that need parking solutions and identifying land that could be used to generate income from paying to park a vehicle.
We’re after someone who’s a good communicator and prepared to make enquiries whilst out on the road looking for new opportunities.
If you’re confident talking to people and like making new contacts, this could be the perfect role.

What You’ll Do

Hunt down and identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and getting out there exploring parking locations across the country.
Work within the Private Parking sector, sticking to the rules of the Private Parking Code of Practice.
Build and maintain relationships with new and potential clients, understanding what they need whether it’s ANPR, CCTV, Warden Patrols, Bay Monitoring or paying to park solutions.
Find and manage your own leads, keep track of your customer interactions, and report on sales progress and new opportunities.
Negotiate contracts to get the best deals for the company.

What We’re Looking For

A proven track record in sales and business development.
You will be a strong communicator, both spoken and written and be able to connect with different types of people.
Be skilled at building relationships and closing deals.
You will be able to work solo with the backup of an officed based team.
Someone with a proactive results-focused attitude.

Details

Full-time role
Salary: £30,000 a year
Travelling across the UK with overnight stays when required
