Title: Paid Media Executive
Location: Leeds, LS12
Salary: £23,500 - £27,000 (DOE)

Exceed is a specialist PPC agency based in Leeds, focused exclusively on performance marketing across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Paid Social.

We work with a diverse portfolio of clients across ecommerce and lead generation, managing campaigns across Paid Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Meta Ads. Our approach is performance-first, commercially focused, and built around long-term client partnerships.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Paid Media Executive to join the team and play an important role in delivering high-quality work across a varied client portfolio.

Role
This is an opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded individual to develop within a fast-paced specialist agency environment.

As a Paid Media Executive, you’ll take an active role in the day-to-day management and optimisation of client campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Paid Social. You’ll support strategy implementation, performance analysis, reporting, and account growth while working closely with senior members of the team.

You’ll be expected to take ownership of your workload, contribute ideas proactively, and maintain a high standard of attention to detail across both campaign management and client communication.

You’ll receive ongoing support and development from senior team members while continuing to grow your technical and commercial skillset.

The role is ideal for someone with solid foundational PPC experience who wants to continue progressing technically while gaining greater responsibility and exposure to a wide range of accounts and industries.

ABOUT YOU

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail across campaign management, reporting, and communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities
Calm, reliable, and solutions-focused under pressure
Eager to continue developing technically and professionally within performance marketing

ESSENTIAL

Minimum 1 year hands-on PPC experience
Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads
Experience or exposure to Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads
Understanding of Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
Comfortable analysing performance data and identifying actionable insights
Experience preparing reports and communicating campaign performance clearly
Able to manage workload effectively within a fast-paced agency environment
Strong communication skills across email, calls, and meetings
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Google Ads certified or working towards certification

DESIRABLE

Previous experience within a digital marketing agency environment
Experience working with ecommerce campaigns and product feeds
Understanding of attribution and conversion tracking
Experience using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
Exposure to feed management platforms
Understanding of wider digital marketing disciplines including CRO, SEO, and web development

Pay: £23,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
