About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred support tailored to each individual's unique needs, preferences, and goals.
You'll work with the same individuals on a regular basis, enabling you to build meaningful professional relationships and deliver consistent support from familiar faces that the people we support know and trust.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting with personal care and daily routines.
- Preparing meals and assisting with household tasks.
- Encouraging independence and promoting choice.
- Supporting individuals to attend appointments and access their local communities.
- Taking part in hobbies, social activities, and outings.
- Providing emotional support, reassurance, and companionship.
- Helping people achieve outcomes and goals that matter to them.

What We're Looking For
Previous care experience isn't essential.
We're looking for people who have:
- Excellent communication skills.

- A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.

Pay Rates
We recognise both potential and experience.
- £12.71 per hour for candidates with no previous care experience during the initial six-month probation period.
- Following successful completion of probation, this increases to £13.32 per hour.
- £13.32 per hour from the start of employment for candidates with a minimum of two years' experience in a care setting.
Rates remain subject to review based on performance, experience, and service requirements.
Working Hours
Our services operate between 7:00am and 11:00pm, seven days a week.
This role is offered on a part-time basis of up to 24 hours per week, with shifts provided on a set two-week rolling rota. We are committed to offering consistency wherever possible, allowing you to plan your life outside of work while ensuring the people we support receive reliable care.
There are also opportunities to work additional hours and progress into full-time positions as they become available.
