Job Overview
We are seeking a detailed and proactive Bookkeeper / Finance Administrator with previous relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and supporting overall financial operations. This role offers an excellent, long term opportunity for the right candidate.

We have the ability to be flexible in order to support your career and life goals. This position could lead on to further pay and responsibilities with a Finance Manager role or we could consider you working part time alongside a second person.

Duties

Manage end to end accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receiveable.
Process transactions efficiently and accurately
Provide timely and accurate Management Accounts
Provide further financial information to aid decision making
Stock Valuation
Cash Flow Management
Manage debtors and customer credit terms
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors as required.

Candidates will be required to demonstrate;

A strong understanding of accounting processes and general ledger management
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
A recognised qualification in accounting or finance is desirable but not essential
