Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a professional and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Maintain and update office records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks software
Organise meetings, appointments, and schedules for staff and management
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Assist with invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping using QuickBooks
Support administrative functions such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment
Ensure the office environment remains tidy, organised, and welcoming
Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and workflows

Qualifications

Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), and QuickBooks
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed with high accuracy for data entry tasks
Demonstrated phone etiquette and communication skills
Experience with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
