About the Company

Part of the Kingspan Group Klargester offer a range of reliable wastewater and SuDS management solutions, along with expert service and maintenance. Our Klargester product range includes sewage treatment plants, fuel and oil separators' and pumping stations.

About the role

This is a full-time, field-based role giving you the opportunity to manage sales in your assigned territory of North West, West Midlands & North Wales Region. You will promote and sell premium Kingspan Klargester products and deliver exceptional customer service to a range of clients, from homeowners and housebuilders to contractors and national builders' merchants.

What You'll Do

Deliver Results: Achieve sales targets within your territory, ensuring profitability and growth.

Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers at all levels within the distribution network.
Technical Expertise: Provide onsite technical support and advice, working closely with the technical sales team.
Sales Excellence: Generate and manage quotations via CRM systems, and handle technical product queries both on-site and by phone.
Strategic Growth: Build a robust specification program, control pricing strategies, and implement tailored sales plans for key customers in collaboration with the National Sales Manager (NSM).
Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal sales, operations, and technical offices to deliver seamless customer service.
Brand Representation: Attend exhibitions, deliver CPD presentations, and actively participate in marketing and sales campaigns.
Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to product compliance obligations, fostering a culture of excellence within your team.

What We're Looking For

You will be a hunter and a farmer mentality
live on territory
UK Drivers Licence
Knowledge of heavy-side materials you could have sold, insulation, paving, timber, bricks, blocks, roofing or any building envelope product.
Knowledge and contacts within Merchants and buying groups.
Proven field-based sales experience
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional people management and interpersonal skills.
Confident and persuasive presentation skills, both to customers and senior stakeholders.
Strategic thinking with the ability to implement effective sales strategies.
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
