Full job description

Are you a detail‑focused professional who enjoys working with stock and systems? Do you thrive in a fast‑paced warehouse environment where accuracy really matters? Are you confident handling data, supporting operations and working closely with multiple stakeholders?

Here at GXO, we’re recruiting for an Inventory Clerk to support our Multi‑User operation in Corby. This is a full‑time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00), where you’ll play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, supporting operational processes and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day warehouse administration.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Maintain accurate stock and pallet records to protect inventory integrity and minimise risk
Manage stock movement documentation and update systems in line with operational activity
Maintain WMS data and support reporting to ensure high service levels and accuracy
Liaise with customers, hauliers and internal teams to resolve operational queries
Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient warehouse operations

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Previous experience in an inventory, warehouse or administrative role
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams
A flexible, proactive approach with the ability to manage varied task
