Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner with CSCS card to work in a fast pace environment on apartments under construction This role involves completing cleans in 3 phases up to the client handover standard. This role involves an initial deep clean, reclean with more detailed work and a final sparkle to hand over to the client. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping,hoovering, dusting, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms including toilets removing paint, window/glass cleaning and ladder work.
Ensure waste disposal is carried out appropriately and efficiently
Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents.
Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
Assist with specialised cleaning projects when required

Skills

Basic driving skills are desirable for transporting cleaning equipment or supplies between sites
Fluency in English to communicate effectively with team members and clients
Strong customer service orientation to ensure client satisfaction and positive interactions
Excellent communication skills for coordinating tasks within the team and reporting issues accurately
Organised with a keen eye for detail to ensure thorough cleanliness in all areas
Reliable with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: £12.71 per hour
