Vacancy Details

We are looking for a driven and personable Negotiator to join our busy Woodbridge team to provide excellent customer service, dedicated to promoting and selling property to clients and maintaining good lines of communication. The successful applicant will be working within a professional team who has a genuine passion for the industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. With our extensive experience and expert knowledge, Fenn Wright will provide a supportive and collaborative environment where you can gain the required skills and knowledge, and receive excellent opportunities for development and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Liaising with potential clients about their property, maintaining good lines of communication
Conducting market appraisals in our client’s homes, providing accurate valuations and winning the instructions in agreement of success rate outlined
Arranging and conducting viewing appointments.
Servicing a database of potential clients on a regular basis.
Maintaining regular contact with clients
Looking for potential new opportunities for the business

Hours:

Full time, 5 days a week Monday to Friday and every other Saturday. Where a Saturday is worked a weekday will be given in lieu. Operating hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm and Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Experience

Knowledge of the local area would be desirable
Previous experience in sales would be a distinct advantage
