CNC Setter & Operator

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled CNC Setter & Operator to join our team and contribute to the development and manufacture of our market-leading products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to produce precision components to specification.
- Interpret engineering drawings and set up machines accordingly.
- Use measurement instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality compliance.
- Always Adhere to all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Perform assembly tasks to support production and product integration.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and efficiency reporting any issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with design and assembly teams to ensure smooth workflow and product quality.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience operating CNC machines, ideally Mazak.
- Proficiency with measurement instruments for inspection and quality control.
- Mechanical assembly experience is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Computer literacy skills with Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support different stages of production.

- Overtime may be required based on business needs and is compensated at an enhanced hourly rate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
