Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Luxury Hospitality Experience & Service Excellence Executive to elevate our guest experience and uphold the highest standards of service within our luxury hospitality environment. In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering personalized, memorable experiences that embody sophistication, warmth, and impeccable attention to detail. Your expertise in hospitality, guest services, and communication will ensure every guest interaction reflects excellence, fostering loyalty and enhancing our reputation as a premier destination for discerning clientele. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to influence service quality at the highest level while working in a vibrant, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest services by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations through personalized interactions and tailored recommendations.
Implement upselling strategies to enhance revenue while ensuring guests receive added value through premium offerings and experiences.
Coordinate seamlessly with various departments to ensure smooth operations, effective time management, and organizational efficiency during busy periods.
Maintain a deep knowledge of available amenities, restaurant options, events, and local attractions to provide accurate information and memorable suggestions.
Assist with training staff on service standards, hospitality best practices, and communication skills to foster a culture of excellence.
Manage guest feedback proactively, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Support fundraising or special event initiatives that align with the luxury brand’s values and elevate guest engagement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in luxury hospitality environments such as hotels or high-end restaurants, with a strong focus on guest services.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clientele.
Demonstrated skills in upselling techniques and maximizing revenue opportunities without compromising service quality.
Strong organizational skills paired with effective time management to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Experience in restaurant or hotel operations is highly desirable; familiarity with fundraising or event planning is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
A passion for delivering memorable experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement in service excellence.
