Client Liaison Lead Specialist

Location: Lichfield - Hybrid working is on offer.

What You Will Get To Do:

We are currently recruiting a Client Liaison Lead Specialist to work closely with the SS&C Hubwise leadership team and support our platform service. With a focus on the client, We are looking for a dynamic individual with a good understanding of the Wealth Management sector and the related investment products and wrappers.

The key duties of the role are to:

Manage all client-facing collateral, including Terms & Conditions, Key Feature Documents and Knowledge Base

Be accountable for client communication in respect of solution enhancements, regulatory requirements and incidents

Manage our Discretionary Fund Manager (DFM) partnerships including oversight of legal documentation, firm onboarding and managing the ongoing service reviews

Deliver on allocated Projects to support the business strategic objectives

Act as SME and represent the business on a range of activities, from large strategic programmes to smaller platform/process related enhancements

Champion Consumer Duty across all business activities

What You Will Bring:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written & verbal comms)

Excellent people skills and strong collaborator

Great team-player with the ability to influence

Ability to multitask and prioritise to meet deadlines

Self-starter with a keen eye for detail

Good understanding of business functions (HR, Finance etc)

The ability to make decisions and solve problems

An understanding of the Wealth and Advisor propositions and related investment products/wrappers

MS Office proficiency

Experience of reporting to Senor Management level (desired)

A good understanding of the asset and wealth management business (desired)

Proven experience as a Service Delivery/Supplier/Relationship Manager (desired)
