Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Team Leader to oversee daily operations within our bustling hospitality establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality, leadership, and culinary excellence to contribute to a vibrant team environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise front-of-house team members, including servers and hosts, to deliver outstanding customer service.
Coordinate daily service operations, ensuring smooth flow and efficient table management.
Oversee the cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area in compliance with food safety regulations.
Support team members through coaching, training, and performance management to foster a motivated work environment.
Ensure adherence to health and safety policies, including food safety protocols.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and delivery times.
Maintain stock levels of service supplies and report needs for replenishment.

Experience

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Experience in team management with demonstrated leadership skills.
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production.
Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable, particularly within fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with hospitality operations such as barista services or bar management is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills coupled with a professional attitude towards guest service and team collaboration. This role is ideal for proactive individuals who thrive under pressure, possess strong organisational skills, and are committed to delivering memorable dining experiences through effective leadership and culinary knowledge.

Pay: From £12.80 per hour
