CEMA Energy Group is hiring a Telesales Leader.
This is a real player-coach role in a UK commercial energy business that supplies and installs LED lighting, Solar PV, EV charging and battery storage to commercial clients nationwide.
You will lead a team of six Telesales Agents (four existing, two new). You will be on the phones yourself, leading from the front. You will coach the team daily, run a tight weekly rhythm, and own the qualified-audit pipeline that feeds CEMA's BDM team.
You will report to the Managing Director and sit in CEMA's senior leadership group as a peer to the Operations Manager and the Financial Controller.
We are looking for someone with a real track record of leading a UK B2B telesales function — managed a team, owned a target, hit it. You will be coachable yourself, comfortable being challenged at MD level, calm under pressure, and someone who runs the day with numbers, not feelings. Comfortable with both the operational discipline (CRM, call recordings, daily huddles, weekly reports) and the human side (one-to-ones, performance management, motivation, retention).
