Full job description

MKS Sweepers are now looking for Office Assistant to join our busy office in a fast growing road sweeping company.

Role: Office Assistant (Entry Level)

Location: Our office is based in Langworth, Lincoln, LN3 5BB

Monday to Friday - working hours 8am-5pm with one hour of unpaid break a day.

Salary £26,436.80 per annum.

In this role as an Office Junior your days will be spent assisting the team with day to day running of the office. From assisting our Directors to helping sales and logistics teams to organise driver’s work, PDAs and fleet maintenance.

Description

Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
Support the team with day-to-day tasks in logistics and PDAs.
Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Coordinate office supplies and maintain stock levels.
Assisting with day-to-day fleet maintenance admin tasks.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will be working in a small team consisting of sales and planning people.
