Full job description

FGA Wealth Ltd are an Independent Financial Advisers offering a wide range of services to meet the needs of our clients, helping them to achieve their long-term financial objectives. We are looking for an Administrator and/or a Paraplanner/Trainee Paraplanner to join the team in our Guildford Office.

Experience Required/Desirable

To be successful in this role, you should:-

· Hold a minimum of 5 GCSE’s (A-C/9-4 including Maths and English) and preferably you will already be experienced working for an IFA firm

· Have attained, or wish to work towards, the relevant industry qualifications

· Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Have good organisation and prioritisation skills

· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Main Duties

The main duties include, but are not limited to:-

Administrator

· Deal with client and provider correspondence

· Answer telephones and deal with client non-advice queries

· Assist with preparation of client reviews

· Obtain valuations and Illustrations

· Arrange client/adviser meetings

· Process New Business

· Ensure client records on our back-office system are accurate and compliant

Paraplanner/Trainee Paraplanner

· Produce compliant suitability reports to support adviser recommendations

· Conduct technical research into products, providers, and planning strategies

· Support advisers with client servicing, reviews, and ongoing queries

· Serve as a point of contact for routine adviser and client enquiries

· Prepare review documentation and source illustrations where required

· Stay current with industry legislation, products, and regulatory requirements
