Key Responsibilities
As an Event Coordinator, you will assist the team in planning and executing the brand's core PR events, product launches, and major domestic/international trade shows (e.g., CES). You will serve as a vital hub to ensure flawless event presentation. Through meticulous execution and cross-functional coordination, you will help the team deliver industry-leading brand experiences.
- End-to-End Execution Support: Participate in the entire event lifecycle from concept to delivery. Assist in tracking visual design, collateral production, site inspections, and on-site setup.
- Vendor & Resource Coordination: Handle daily communications with PR agencies, material suppliers, and construction/setup teams. Track project timelines and progress to ensure all deliverables meet the brand's high standards.
- Hospitality & Logistics Management: Assist in designing and executing hosting procedures for VIP guests, media, and partners. Manage invitations, registration, travel arrangements (flights and hotels), and on-site guidance to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Administrative & Financial Workflows: Assist in tracking project budgets. Handle event-related contract approvals, procurement processes, invoice management, and subsequent payment and reimbursement procedures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing, design, and product teams to collect and organize copy, video, and product assets required for events, ensuring efficient and accurate information flow.
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in event execution, PR planning, or marketing. (Experience handling projects in the tech, automotive, advanced manufacturing industries, or top-tier 4A/event agencies is a strong plus).
- Detail-Oriented & Strong Execution: Highly responsible with a sharp eye for detail. Strong ability to multitask and handle complex preparatory work to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Resilience & Adaptability: Strong psychological fortitude to remain calm in fast-paced, high-pressure event environments. Highly flexible in assisting with unexpected on-site emergencies.
- Aesthetic Sense: A solid foundational understanding of spatial layout, multimedia visuals, and brand tonality. Ability to accurately grasp and help reproduce the brand's premium look and feel.
- Language & Communication: Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. Bilingual proficiency (written and spoken English and Mandarin) is required to thrive in an international working environment.

作为活动协调员，您将协助团队策划并落地品牌各类核心公关活动、产品发布会及国内外大型展会（如展会、CES等）。您是确保活动完美呈现的重要枢纽，通过细致的落地执行和多方协调，协助团队输出具有行业影响力的品牌体验。
- 全链路执行支持: 参与活动从概念到落地的全过程，协助跟进视觉设计、物料制作、场地勘察及现场搭建等具体执行环节。
- 供应商与资源对接: 负责日常对接公关代理商、物料供应商及搭建团队，追踪项目进度，确保各项交付物符合品牌的高标准。
- 接待与后勤管理: 协助设计并执行 VIP 嘉宾、媒体及合作伙伴的接待流程，包括邀请、注册、行程安排（机酒）与现场引导，确保体验流畅无阻。
- 行政与财务流程: 协助追踪项目预算，负责处理活动相关的合同审批、采购流程、发票管理与后续的付款报销事宜。
- 跨部门沟通: 协同内部市场、设计、产品等团队，收集并整理活动所需的文案、视频和产品素材，确保信息流转高效准确。

- 经验背景: 具备 1年及以上活动执行、公关策划或市场营销相关工作经验（有科技、汽车、高端制造行业或 4A/知名活动公司跟项目经验者优先）。
- 细节控与强执行: 具备极强的责任心和细节把控能力，能够多线程处理繁杂的筹备工作，确保各项细枝末节不出错。
- 抗压与应变: 拥有良好的心理素质，能够在快节奏、高压力的活动现场保持冷静，灵活协助处理各类突发状况。
- 审美与感知力: 对空间布局、多媒体视觉及品牌调性有良好的基础审美，能准确理解并协助还原品牌的高级感。
- 语言与沟通: 优秀的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神；具备良好的中英文读写与沟通能力，能适应国际化的工作语境。
