About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and engaging Internal Communications Lead to shape and deliver Magenta Living’s internal communications strategy, ensuring colleagues feel informed, valued and connected. This role will lead the development of impactful, inclusive campaigns, manage a range of communication channels, and use insight and feedback to strengthen engagement across the organisation. Working closely with People, Transformation and Marketing teams, you’ll play a key role in supporting change, aligning messaging and bringing our culture and values to life. We’re seeking a skilled communicator with strong experience in internal communications or colleague engagement, excellent writing ability and a passion for creating meaningful, people-focused communication.
