TikTok Shop is one of the fastest-moving commercial channels in ecommerce right now, and at Protein Works, we are investing seriously in making it count. This is a hands-on, operationally focused role that sits at the heart of that effort. As TikTok Shop Executive, you will support the Channel Manager in keeping the channel running at pace: product listings live and accurate, promotions coordinated, creators and affiliates onboarded and tracked, and performance data consolidated and ready to act on.
The role exists because the channel is growing and the ambition is expanding. Alongside the day-to-day operation, you will play an active part in supporting the launch of Protein Works across new TikTok Shop markets in Europe. That means working across teams, managing multiple workstreams at once, and staying on top of the detail even when the pace picks up.

What you will be doing

Own the day-to-day operation of the TikTok Shop: keeping product listings, pricing, imagery, and availability accurate, up to date, and optimised for the platform

Manage the affiliate and creator programme end to end, covering onboarding, contracts, product seeding, commission tracking, and maintaining an organised database of active partners

Support the launch and coordination of promotional campaigns, working across finance and marketing on discount codes, mechanics, and campaign setup

Pull and consolidate weekly performance data, tracking metrics including GMV, orders, conversion rate, and affiliate performance, flagging issues and opportunities with clear commentary

Coordinate with trading and ops teams to align stock availability with live listings, and support the TikTok Channel Manager in delivering our EU market expansion plans
You will bring some or all of the following:

Experience in ecommerce, marketplace management, or platform administration, whether in a professional or self-directed capacity

Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or a similar platform back-end

Comfort pulling, reading, and summarising performance data, with an eye for what the numbers are actually telling you

Strong organisational skills and genuine attention to detail: the kind that notices when something is off before anyone else does

The ability to manage multiple workstreams at once without losing accuracy or momentum
