Role Overview
As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the successful delivery of audio-visual integration projects from initiation through to completion. You’ll work closely with senior project managers, engineers, clients, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Assist in planning and scheduling AV projects
Coordinate internal teams and external Sub-contractors
Track project timelines and flag potential delays early
Client Communication
Act as a point of contact for clients on smaller projects or specific workstreams
Provide updates on progress, milestones, and any issues
Maintain professional and clear communication at all times
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project documentation (scope, drawings, schedules, change logs)
Prepare reports, meeting notes, and progress updates
Ensure all project files are organised and up to date
Procurement & Logistics
Assist with ordering equipment and tracking deliveries
Coordinate site deliveries and ensure materials are available when needed
Work with suppliers to resolve shortages or delays
Financial Tracking
Support budget tracking and cost control
Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and variations
Highlight any risks to project profitability
Site Support
Attend site meetings when required
Support installation teams with coordination and issue resolution
Ensure health & safety and site protocols are followed
Key Skills & Qualities
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of AV systems (or willingness to learn quickly)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in tools like Excel, and documentation platforms

Travel Requirements
This role will involve travel to client sites across the UK, with occasional overnight stays required depending on project location and schedule. Full UK Driving Licence required
