E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Cambuslang (100% In-Office)
Salary: Starting at £35,000 / year (Dependent on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Week: 40 hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm)

Discount Coffee is a successful, family-owned UK business with over 20 years of experience delivering wholesale coffee and professional barista supplies. Operating from our facilities in Cambuslang, we service thousands of B2B and B2C customers daily. As we scale our digital presence and marketing funnels, we are looking for a hands-on E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to take absolute ownership of our online growth.
The Role: Take Full Ownership
We want an ambitious e-commerce leader to own our digital storefront, manage the customer acquisition funnel, and drive our search engine visibility to the next level. You will have direct control over our online revenue channels, working closely with senior leadership to directly impact our bottom line.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Store Management: Manage day-to-day merchandising, operations, and the customer journey on our e-commerce store.
- Paid Advertising: Build and optimize high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and video-first platforms like TikTok.
- SEO & Content: Audit and optimize on-page content to drive organic rankings for key wholesale coffee and barista terms.
- Email Marketing: Design and manage automated email workflows to nurture B2B relationships and drive repeat consumer sales.
- Data & Analytics: Use GA4 and Shopify analytics to identify conversion opportunities and maximize our ad spend ROI.
RequirementsThe Essentials (About You)
- Experience: 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing and scaling an e-commerce store (Shopify experience preferred).
- Ad Platforms: Proven track record of managing paid spend on Google and Meta Ads.
- SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of keyword research, technical SEO, and content optimization.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with GA4, spreadsheets, and extracting actionable commercial insights from data.
- AI-Augmented Workflow: Highly comfortable using modern generative AI tools to accelerate copywriting and workflow productivity.
