Cleanroom Operative - Baglan
The rewards
- £16.39 per hour
- Overtime paid at enhanced rates (time and a half and double time)
- 37.5 hours per week
- Ongoing temporary contract
Hours
- 3 rotating shifts weekly
- Mornings: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm
- Afternoons: Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm
- Nights: Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am
The role of Cleanroom Operative:
- Work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Comply with Health & Safety policy and duty of care for yourself and others at all times
- Carry out all relevant tests and procedures within the production process to meet quality standards
- Meet the cleanliness and hygiene standards expected of a healthcare company
- Clean and maintain the production environment as required, taking part in Plant 5S programmes
- Ensure attention to detail and accuracy with all paperwork as expected of a GMP manufacturer
- Interface with Production, Warehouse, Maintenance and Quality teams
- Adapt to a continuously changing production environment

- Keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy
- Target-driven with the ability to work to GMP, 5S, Quality and Health and Safety standards
- Flexible attitude and reliable timekeeping
