Remedial Technician / Plumber

Location: Swansea / Port Talbot / Merthyr

Salary: £17.31 per hour

Looking for a hands-on role where every day is different? At HSL Compliance, we’re looking for motivated individuals with a positive attitude, good work ethic, and a full driving licence to join our team.

What You’ll Do

Perform remedial repairs to ensure water system compliance
Travel to different sites each day (company vehicle provided after training)
Install, repair, and maintain pipework, tanks, and valves
Conduct water sampling
Clean and disinfect water tanks and systems.
Keep accurate records and liaise with clients onsite
Follow HSE’s ACoP L8 and all health & safety protocols

What We’re Looking For

A full UK driving licence (essential)
Recognised plumbing qualifications or time served as a professional plumber.
Reliability and strong work ethic
Confidence to work independently
Good communication and customer service skills
Proactive and enjoys solving problems
Previous experience in water hygiene or legionella control (beneficial)
Ability to follow processes and work safely
