Client Relations Advisor

Location: Carmarthen
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 37.5 hours, 9am – 5pm, Monday - Friday
Start Date: ASAP

Do you enjoy speaking with people, delivering excellent service, and staying in control of a high volume of calls? We’re looking for a confident and professional individual to join our team in a fast-paced, call-focused role at the heart of our client experience.

In this role, you’ll create a strong first impression on every interaction, balancing efficiency with a personable approach to ensure callers feel heard, supported, and valued. You’ll bring a confident and professional telephone manner, setting the tone for a positive and seamless client journey from the very first point of contact.

Engage with clients through active listening and clear, empathetic communication, taking the time to truly understand their needs.

Seamlessly connect clients to the right people by routing calls accurately across our offices, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Capture key details with precision and care, helping every enquiry progress effortlessly from first contact to resolution.

Bring energy and positivity to the team, contributing to a collaborative, client-focused culture where people enjoy coming to work.

Play an active role in delivering a modern, consistent, and high-quality client experience, ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and memorable.

Requirements

Experienced in telephony and client communications – able to manage a high volume of calls and enquiries confidently
