With a strong reputation for excellence and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team at our new high street office in Little Sutton.
The Role:
As a Property Sales/Lettings Negotiator, you will be at the heart of our busy operations. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the buying and selling process for clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction from start to finish as well as servicing tenants/landlords. The role will be dynamic and fast-paced.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and provide knowledgeable insights on each property.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract completion.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal requirements in real estate transactions.
- Promote properties through various marketing channels, including online listings, social media, and print advertising.
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors to ensure a seamless transaction process.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in property sales or a strong background in a sales-driven environment.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the local property market is a plus.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
