Reports to: Area Manager
This role includes travel to various locations around South Wales covering areas such as :-
Cardiff/Caerphilly/Cwmbran/Newport/Bridgend/Merthyr Tydfil/Aberdare/Swansea/Blackwood/Ystradmynach/Pontypool/Brynmawr/Ebbw Vale/Risca/Pontypridd/Barry/Llanelli.
Own transport is essential.
Full time - Monday to Saturday over 5 days - flexibility required around weekend working - Saturday - minimum once a month - Saturday - required every weekend over peak
Hours and days to be discussed at interview.
Previous visual merchandising experience not essential but preferred.

Main Job Responsibilities
Maximising Sales Performance across All Brands
- Secure the best trading position for our department in each store
- Discussing sales performance with the Area Manager weekly
- Making recommendations to the Area Manager to improve performance
- Ensure stores have optimum store visits
- Action deliveries, promotions and sales promptly
Providing Support to the Area Manager
- Working effectively to achieve optimum efficiency
- Contribute by providing feedback on trade to Area Manager
- Providing area support when required
Responsible for merchandising a Number of Stores
- Taking responsibility for maintaining visual impact in stores
- Managing own time as required
- Promoting high standards on and off shop floor
- Implementing new launches and additional stand set ups within agreed timescales
Effective Communication
- Communicating issues to Area Manager accurately and promptly
- Confirming memos are read and appropriate action has been taken
- Ensuring implementation and confirmation of promotions within deadlines
- Communicating regularly with in store management teams
- Recording information clearly and accurately
