Join the Tredz Team – Trainee Bike Mechanic wanted!

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and safety conscious individual to join our Swansea workshop in Fforestfach as a Trainee Bike Mechanic, assembling bikes to ensure they meet our quality standards and customer expectations.

The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 6am - 2.30pm.

What you'll be doing:

· Assembling bikes according to manufacturer's specifications and quality standards

· Fit accessories and perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)

· Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop

· Use tools and work stands safely and effectively

· Collaborate with the team to meet build targets and quality standards

· Continuously expanding your knowledge and skill through training opportunities

· Staying up to date with product knowledge, trends and cycling technologies

What we are looking for:

· Previous experience in a mechanical role (preferable)

· A keen interest in cycling (preferable)

· Willingness to learn with a commitment to training and development.

· Good attention to detail

· Basic problem-solving skills

· Friendly and customer-focused attitude
