Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Working Painting Supervisor to lead painting and decorating projects while remaining hands-on with daily site work. The successful candidate will supervise operatives, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out painting and decorating work to a high professional standard.
- Supervise and support painters and decorators on site.
- Organise daily workloads and monitor progress against schedules.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Liaise with clients, tenants, contractors, and management professionally.
- Order and manage materials and equipment when required.
- Complete site paperwork, reports, and timesheets accurately.
- Ensure company vehicle is maintained responsibly and kept clean.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisors painting and decorating role is essential
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience essential
- Full UK driving licence essential.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage teams effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- CSCS card essential
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime available where required

- £32,000. -35,000

Pay: £34,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
