We are seeking assembly operators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude with a background in using power tools, drill, impact gun, flap disc grinders and hand tools. This role involves the assembly of components, ensuring that all work meets the highest quality standards. The assembly operator will work closely with other team members to deliver projects on time and to specification.
Duties
- Assemble components using hand tools and power tools.
- Read and interpret basic engineering drawings and schematics accurately along with the support of other team members.
- Ensuring the quality of the product is compliant with the standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations are essential.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings and follow technical instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

- Competitive salary from £13.00-£15.50 per hour (depending on experience)
- 40-hour full time contract (Monday to Friday).
- Overtime available: Monday-Saturday 1.5x and Sunday double time.
