Job Overview

NOTE THIS IS A SELF EMPLOYED ROLE. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The role is selling HMO investment opportunities to warm leads acquired via our various marketing channels.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential and existing clients to identify their needs and present suitable HMO opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up and personalised communication.
Analyse client data and market trends to identify new sales opportunities and optimise sales strategies.
Conduct opportunity demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and excellent customer service.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of service offerings, industry developments, and competitors’ activities.
Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights for management review.

Skills

Proven experience in B2C sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong analysis skills to interpret data, market trends, and customer feedback effectively.
Experience or significant understanding of property/estate agency/lettings would be beneficial
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Organised, proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
