Creative? Organised? Guilty of posting gym selfies on an almost daily basis? Sounds like you could be a great fit for Gymbox’s Studio & Operations Coordinator roles.

Whether you’re a training nut, regular raver, lively Londoner, or just have a cheeky rebellious streak… you’ll already know all about Gymbox. And if you don’t? You’re in for one sweaty ride. Ten locations-strong and just warming up, we’re not your run-of-the-treadmill gym. We’re the ones who brought the craziest classes, best gear, sexiest clubs, and most challenging workouts to the capital. So, imagine what we could do for your work life…

Meet our superstar Studio & Operations team

Some people train because they have to. Others, because they love it. But this lot? Well, if they couldn’t get to a gym they would wither and die. Our Studio & Operations teams are just obsessed with creating amazing in-club fitness experiences. From managing our epic class timetables and incredible instructors, to keeping every inch of our clubs fully-stocked and fresh, they’re the best kind of snobs to have around. Because it’s their ridiculously high standards that make members keep coming back, working hard and feeling pumped.

So, what will you be getting up to as Studio Coordinator?

Well, you’ll:

Manage and run club timetables and studio hire in all their budget-balancing beauty
Keep our amazing instructors happy, kitted out and most importantly – paid
Get bitten by the Gymbox class bug – helping develop, promote and review them all
Train everyone else around you to bang on about classes the best way we can
Be an all-star ambassador, living and breathing all things Gymbox. < V important.

What we’re after

Great communication skills, self-starting mindset, being up for a challenge and having a positive attitude are absolute musts. (It’s probably good to know that this is a great role if you’ve got any aspirations to teach or love training all day… ) Amazing organisational skills are a must, with so much going down on our timetables there is a lot to administer and keep track of, so experience in an administrative or management role would be ideal but not essential. Ideally you’d have a background in fitness or sport as you’ll be managing a team of the best instructors in London and knowledge of the industry will give you that edge.

Starting salary of £13,500 per year
Opportunity and encouragement to audition and teach 3 classes per week during working hours increasing the OTE of the role to approximately £15,500 per year
Opportunity to teach further classes outside of working hours
Opportunity to move onto the Deputy Manager training programme with a salary of £29,000.00 and once signed off the annual salary will increase to £31,000.00 and eligibility for a bonus scheme
