We already have strong brand foundations in place, including established logos, colours, fonts, packaging styles, and design elements created by our previous designer. We’re now looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer who can continue this visual direction and help us expand our product range.

Job Description
This is a hands-on commercial design role in a high-energy, fast-growing health and beauty business.
The main focus of this role is creating high-converting banners, product graphics, promotional designs, Amazon A+ content, social media assets, packaging designs, and marketing materials that help turn viewers into customers.
You will also help design packaging for additional products within our existing product ranges, using our current brand identity, logos, colours, fonts, and design structure.
This role is ideal for a junior designer who understands that good design is not just about looking attractive — it must also communicate clearly, capture attention, build trust, and help increase sales.
Responsibilities
- Design high-converting product imagery, banners, infographics, and Amazon A+ content
- Create commercial marketing materials designed to improve customer engagement and sales conversion
- Design promotional graphics for websites, email campaigns, TikTok, Instagram, and digital adverts
- Create product launch visuals, offer banners, social media graphics, and sales-focused creative assets
- Assist with new product packaging designs across SkinPep®, Pep Nutrition®, and PepWhite®
- Create packaging layouts based on existing brand guidelines, logos, colours, fonts, and visual design elements
- Adapt existing packaging styles for new product variants, flavours, sizes, and product categories
- Support photo editing, product retouching, and layout creation
- Help improve existing product pages and brand assets with stronger commercial design
- Collaborate directly with the founder and team to bring new product ideas, offers, and campaigns to life
- Maintain strong brand consistency across packaging, Amazon, TikTok, Shopify, and other platforms
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with:
- A degree, diploma, or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing Design, Creative Media, or similar
- Strong experience creating commercial design assets, such as banners, adverts, product images, social media promotions, website graphics, or e-commerce content
- Experience or strong ability in creating product packaging designs using an existing brand identity
- The ability to work from existing logos, colours, fonts, templates, and design elements to create consistent new product designs
- A portfolio showing work designed to attract attention, communicate benefits, and support sales
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD would be a bonus
- A good eye for layout, branding, typography, colour, product presentation, packaging design, and visual storytelling
- An understanding of how design affects customer attention, trust, desire, and buying decisions
- Experience or strong interest in Amazon A+ content, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or digital marketplaces
- A passion for health, skincare, supplements, beauty, or consumer products
- A positive, self-motivated attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisation, communication, and time-management skills
- Must be happy to work 100% in-office, Monday to Friday

We are especially interested in seeing examples of designs created to help sell a product, promote an offer, explain benefits, improve customer conversion, or extend an existing brand identity across new products.
