Location: The Waterfront, Kew-Retail Unit, beside Kew Garden train Station
Salary: £16 - £18 per hour
Hours: Saturdays 10:00am–5:00pm | Sundays 10:00am–4:00pm
Experience : must have prior experience in Property or new homes sales.

The Role
As our Weekend Front of House Sales Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors to our beautiful community. You'll greet guests, answer enquiries, support the sales team and help ensure every visitor receives an outstanding experience from the moment they arrive.
You'll play an important part in building relationships with prospective customers and their families, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome all visitors with warmth, professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Provide an exceptional first impression of The Waterfront, Kew.
- Respond to enquiries in person, by telephone and via email.
- Arrange appointments and manage visitor bookings.
- Build rapport with prospective customers and understand their individual needs.
- Support the Sales Team with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Maintain a professional, organised and welcoming reception environment.
- Ensure every visitor enjoys a positive and memorable experience.
About You
You'll genuinely enjoy working with people and have a natural ability to make others feel comfortable, valued and at ease.
You'll also have:
- Property or new homes sales experience.
- Knowledge of the local area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A warm, approachable and confident manner.
- Strong listening skills and genuine empathy.
- A professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as property, estate agency, hospitality, retail or luxury customer service.
- Good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and general IT systems. Experience within the retirement living sector is not essential—we're looking for someone with the right personality, professionalism and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
