The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled, well-rounded stylist who is confident across barbering, female hairdressing, and colour work.
This is not a barber-only role — you must be equally confident working with women’s hair, cutting, styling, and colour services.
You will be working with both natural hair and hair systems/wigs, blending and styling them to achieve seamless, natural results.
Experience with hair systems is an advantage, but not essential — full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Cutting and styling both men’s and women’s hair to a high standard
- Delivering strong female hairdressing services (layers, shaping, blow-dries, styling)
- Performing high-quality barbering work (fades, clipper and razor techniques)
- Carrying out colour services (tints, toners, colour corrections, blending)
- Blending and styling hair systems and wigs
- Working with clients experiencing hair loss
- Providing professional consultations and excellent client care
- Recommending and selling suitable services and products
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years hairdressing experience (female cutting & styling essential)
- Minimum 2+ years barbering experience (fades essential)
- Strong confidence in:
- Women’s cutting & styling
- Colouring and toning
- Clippers, scissors, and razors
- Comfortable working with both male and female clients daily
- Strong communication and consultation skills
- Professional, reliable, and motivated
- Sales confidence is a strong advantage
